Individual Therapy
Telehealth talk therapy is a great resource that is flexible and approachable for most people. My job as the therapist is to collaborate with you to determine goals for treatment and appropriate modalities to do this work. I firmly believe that YOU are the expert on your life and I strive to be someone who can be there to support you in working toward your own goals and facilitating your own change.
